How to View Social Media Post Performance

The Social Media section allows you quick and easy access to insights about how your post is performing, including its reach, number of engagements, reactions, and more! If you have questions at any point or need additional assistance, we encourage you to contact your Scorpion Account Manager.

  • Navigate to the Social Media section by selecting the Marketing Suite in the left-hand navigation and clicking on Social in the upper navigation. You can also go straight to the app and get started.
  • From the Social Media home page, select My Posts in the top navigation. You will be taken to the list of scheduled and published posts.
  • Click on any post in the list to display a slideout panel, which shows all of the available data for that post. 
    • Note: Use the filter and search buttons to locate your desired post quickly.
  • Toggle between Engagements and Performance to review all available metrics and data.
    • Note: Engagements will display the post, likes, reactions, and comments, and Performace will show additional metrics.
