Navigating Settings

The Settings section is your tool to manage your user profile information and notifications, as well as configure business information, customize your Suite settings, and manage users and roles and permissions to ensure the Scorpion Platform is meeting your business and users' needs. Access to the available features within Settings will be based on your defined Role.

The Settings app is always accessible from the Navigation Toolbar.

Account 

All users of the Scorpion Platform will have access to edit their Personal Information, manage their notifications, or change their password. 

  • Note: Some of your basic information is managed by Administrators and/or cannot be changed.

Business 

Administrative users, and those permitted by the Administrator, will be able to add or edit business information, contact information, and hours of operation for all their locations. Location information will be used throughout the Scorpion platform where applicable, as well as to establish a user's principal location (if applicable). In this section, you are also able to manage Branding and logos, and connected accounts.

General 

Administrative users, and those permitted by the Administrator, will be able to manage Users and Roles & Permissions.

Suites 

Administrative users, and those permitted by the Administrator, will be able to configure the individual global settings for all their available Suites.
